Located in eastern Hancock County, the Donnell Pond Public Reserve includes more than 14,000 acres of remote forested land with crystal clear lakes, secluded ponds, and mountains with breathtaking views. Activities include fishing, hiking, leaf peeping, hunting, and snowmobiling. The Land for Maine’s Future Board supported the acquisition of more than 9,000 acres of the Donnell Pond Public Reserve in 1994, 1998, and 2001.
