Edwin L. Smith Preserve

This 1,100-acre Kennebunkport Conservation Trust Preserve features 10 miles of recreational trails, babbling brooks, picnic rocks, quaint bridges, and a gorgeous forested landscape. Part of a 3,000-acre block of undeveloped land, the preserve is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, birdwatching, and peaceful getaways. The Land for Maine’s Future Board supported the acquisition of 324 acres of the Edwin L. Preserve in 2005.
