Located in Waterboro, the Little Ossipee River IF&W Wildlife Management Area is comprised of 1,176 acres surrounding its namesake natural feature. The Little Ossipee is popular with paddlers and fishermen as it carves through inland York County before its confluence with the Saco River. The Land for Maine’s Future Board supported the acquisition of 300 acres of the Little Ossipee River WMA in 1990.
