Porter Hills

Francis Small Heritage Trust’s Porter Hills Conservation Initiative connects nearly 750 acres of working forests, critical wildlife habitat, and prime outdoor recreational destinations. There are opportunities for traditional public access, including hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, ATV riding, and mountain biking. The Land for Maine’s Future Boards supported the acquisition of 596 acres in Porter Hills in 2023.
