Located in the city of Eastport, Shackford Head State Park is a 90-acre peninsula that rises 173 feet above Cobscook Bay. The park features a 3.2-mile network of gentle hiking trails that lead to cobble beaches and scenic bluffs. Shackford Head is a great place to observe wildlife including, seals, bald eagles, songbirds, and migratory shorebirds.
