Located in Owls Head, the Ship to Shore Lobster Wharf serves more than 30 fishing boats with all-tide access, bait, fuel, parking, and two hydraulic winches with booms. There are roughly 100 families supported from the commercial fishing activities on the wharf. Landings at the wharf include lobster, but in the future the hope is to handle shrimp, scallops, crab, clams and worms.  The Land for Maine’s Future Board supported the protection of the Ship to Shore Lobster Wharf in 2010.
